For passengers seeking added convenience, automatic check-in is a service offered by Bangkok Airways, available exclusively for domestic flights within Thailand. The system automatically checks in passengers 12 hours before departure and sends the boarding pass to the registered email address. 

Registration can be completed through the following two options:

  • FlyerBonus members can activate the service via the FlyerBonus website under My Profile and Questionnaire. This must be completed before making a flight reservation.
  • Non-member passengers can request the service during the reservation process by contacting the call center at 1771 or +66 (0) 2270 6699.

If a seat has not been selected in advance, the system will automatically assign one. Passengers may later change their seat through online check-in or the airline’s mobile application.
