Rising 1,200 meters above sea level, Ramkhamhaeng National Park is dubbed as one of northern Thailand’s peaks that’s hard to conquer. The distance though is only 3.7 km long but there are many steep ascents to pass. The trekking duration normally takes around 3 – 6 hours.

A campsite at Ramkhamhaeng National Park is equipped with toilets, bathrooms and convenience store selling beverages and a variety of rice and curry. For those who can’t bring along all their belongings and baggage, you can hire a porter to carry it for you and it costs only 25 THB per 1 kg.
